We implemented in record time a web-based Intranet system to manage the core business and workflow of this French company. Sésame provides technological watch services, compiling strategic information and building knowledge bases for its customers. We developed a tool to automate all the repetitive tasks of their process, freeing their experts, watchers and webmasters to concentrate on valuable, creative activies. This project was delivered in weekly installments, and received praise for its early and continuous delivery of value. Sésame’s customers access their information on static web sites which are updated and published periodically and automatically, or by synchronizing their own database with XML feeds.
